While it&';s stripped of any unnecessary excess, the remaining features offer plenty of volume and easy access to any gear you&';d need in backcountry terrain. It&';s constructed with Fully Woven DyneemaA(R) for maximum protection against ski edges and years of reliable use. Other features include a zippered front avalanche pocket, with two-way accessibility and internal sleeves for organization, and a side zipper for quick access to your gear inside. Under the lid-which also has an external zippered storage pocket-is a quick-release drawstring opening. Dual outer ice tool attachments accommodate most ice tools and a radio port opening aids in keeping in contact with the outside world. Two removable straps allow A-Frame or vertical board carry, but diagonal carry is also an option.
