This Sage DS 9&'; 9wt is a great all around salt rod. If you are looking for an every day rod or a back up rod for stripers, redfish, permit, or salmon this is a great choice. This is a 2 piece rod so it does have a long tube but it is a fantastic casting rod. The rod is in great shape, the cork is clean and there are no scratches or blemishes to note.
