The service slip tee adapter allows you to easily add a plumbing line into your existing system. The fitting also commonly serves as an alternative to a saddle valve. The service end of the fitting is a copper tube size (CTS) end that will connect with any 1/2 in SharkBite push-to-connect fitting and it is particularly useful for adding stop valves like straight stop or angle stop.
