This is the Spring Base that fits our 20" and 22" classic poppers as well as 28" pepper poppers in both 1/4" and 3/8". They are not designed for targets any larger than a 3/8"x28" pepper popper. They are only designed to fit our bolt pattern. Comes complete with base, heavy duty die springs, bolts and nuts.
