Kai professional 12-inch slicer/brisket knife for slicing large cuts of meat. Made from imported Japanese AUS6M steel, hand-sharpened 16deg double-bevel blade (32deg comprehensive). Hammered finish, while beautiful, is designed to reduce knife drag and aid with food release. Riveted pom handle, full-tang construction for strength and durability. NSF certified for professional kitchen use. Hand wash only.
