This pouch is designed to facilitate quick and easy access to medical shears and a C-A-T Tourniquet. The pouch is made from 600D Oxford Polyester to ensure durability and protection from moisture. No tears or rips. It attaches via molle straps to any compatible bag, case, vest, or plate carrier. In addition, it includes belt straps and can be oriented vertically or horizontally.
