Product Description

This Graves Motorsports Cat Eliminator exhaust is designed for the racer on a budget seeking the closest performance exhaust to a full race system. Graves Motorsports did not allow compromises in the development of this system. Material diameters, lengths, the silencer core size and length are optimized for maximum power output throughout the throttle and RPM range. This Graves Motorsports slip-on exhaust system is built using the same Championship design and craftsmanship found in every Graves Motorsports Exhaust and is hand-made in the USA! This high performance exhaust system features either stainless steel or titanium tubing (most models) that eliminates the restrictive catalytic system with your choice of carbon fiber or titanium silencers (most models). Graves silencers feature conical titanium - standard satin finished or the polished "Showstopper" version - or carbon fiber endcaps. Graves uses the same 1.00 mm thick wall high-heat grade titanium tubing used on their Superbikes. This material is designed special for maximum durability and oxidation resistance up to 800°Celsius / 1472°Fahrenheit. It is designed to live at almost twice the temperature of normal Grade 2 titanium. The tubes are precision bent and cut with the latest equipment available. The tubing is then welded in fixtures designed so that repeat-ability is second to none. Graves Motorsports' "Everlast" packing produces an exhaust note like no other, and holds up longer to the extreme conditions of a high revving motorcycle. This full exhaust system delivers exactly what your bike deserves: increased POWER, lasting durability, weight loss, IMPROVED style and sound. Graves Motorsports Yamaha R1 Cat Eliminator Titanium Exhaust System with Titanium 200 mm silencer. This R1 exhaust system was developed using the same technology that has powered Monster Energy Graves Yamaha riders to 7 straight consecutive Moto America / AMA Superbike championships along with numerous 600cc titles. This product is intended for closed course competition use ONLY. Use of this product for any other purpose is strictly prohibited. Note: Be aware this system is much louder than the longer version and does NOT have a sound insert available. New Diamond Shaped Silencer Design (titanium with titanium end cap) designed to match the R1's body line. Silencer mounts directly to O.E.M. rearset bracket using a stealth strapless mount built into the setup. Constructed from aerospace-grade high-heat titanium alloys. 1x Auto Tuner Style Lambda sensor comes standard (O.E.M. dual sensor mounts up front are eliminated for a smoother flowing exhaust). Advanced welding process showcases laser perfection welds. 14.4 pounds lighter than stock. Performs like a full system, looks like a full system at 50% the cost. Note: When using any Graves performance system on the R1, Flash Tune products are recommended to enhance the bike's performance everywhere. The most effective tune on this setup does not utilize the stock lambdas at all. Detailed Specifications: Stock can and cat system weight = 18.8 pounds. Graves cat eliminator system weight = 4.4 pounds. Graves DB at idle: 93dB, at 5000 RPM: 113dB.
