We use the Tent Floor Protector to avoid rips and tears from our rowdy pup's paws  on our tent's bottom while also benefiting from the insulation and soft feel it adds when we're walking around barefoot. Since it's essentially a blanket with superhero qualities, we're able to use it outside of the tent as a barrier from wet grass and dirt, knowing it'll hold up against abrasions and moisture.
