The Smith & Wesson Model 27 SA/DA Revolver being one of their most popular. The M27 features beautiful wood grips, a serrated front strap and back strap, an engraved S&W logo on the right side/outside of the steel frame, which presents well in the right holster. You'll receive an oversized hammer spur for a controlled grip when operating the hammer. These M27s come with the internal child lock feature and internal firing pin, which is much stronger than the original pinned hammer. The tapered barrel is no longer pinned as manufacturing allows for a better fit where pinning is no longer needed. The Model 27 is a classic 6-shot N-Frame.
