Tonon's mozzarella is made in Italy from 100% bufala milk, and is always elastic, smooth and superbly milky. A classic presentation for mozzarella in small, egg-sized balls, bocconcino means literally "small mouthfuls", which perfectly describes why we love them. Delicious enough to stand alone as an appetizer with a slice of rustic bread, or melted over pizzas, crostini, panini, risotto or lasagna.
