This ribeye has a Marble Score of 6, which means some serious marbling all throughout. Source from Wagyu cattle which graze in the open pastures of Australia, they're grain-finished for a minimum of 300 days to further enhance the flavor and tenderness. No matter how you cook this ribeye, the beef flavor will come through so it is best to keep it simple and embrace it for all its meatiness. Grill or pan-sear to medium-rare (medium is ok too) with salt and pepper for seasoning or a light touch of rosemary.
