A classic small French chevre from the Loire Valley, we love the creamy texture and tangy flavor of Chabis Feuille, enrobed in a chestnut leaf. The leaf holds the shape of Chabis Feuille and helps with the ripening of this round little cheese, which develops a soft and velvety paste, the chestnut leaf giving it a nice earthy aroma, the goat's milk bright, tangy and mildly goaty.
