Our Capicola is also cured for ten days, then coated in an aromatic blend of black pepper, fennel seed, coriander, and anise before being slow-roasted for mouthwatering tenderness. The result? A delicately balanced flavor that's 30% fat and 70% lean, giving every bite a perfect harmony of rich, fatty undertones and tender, spiced meat.
