Made from the milk of local sheep and rubbed with organic Syrah wine produced in the Hacienda, Zorita's Organic Syrah cheese is delicious and produced in limited batches. Aged for 6 months, it develops a buttery paste with flavors of mature grapes. Sweet and fruity, with a pleasant intensity, pair this with a Tempranillo wine. Perfect addition to a cheese board.
