The heat deflectors improve the efficiency of the cook pots by directing heat to the bottom of the pot. These unique heat deflectors also allow you to boil your water quickly by placing the cook pot directly on the heat source. These burners also allow you to boil bisque and other similar items. In addition to the built-in windscreen and fold-out heat block the stove ships with a five-piece rotary pan support system and fold-out heat shields to give the stove stability when not in use.
