This SOF system features a vertical front "action" pad that functions as a strike pad while preventing recoil and a horizontal "action" pad that functions as a strike pad again. Internal suspension system uses a conventional front "action" pad with an external "striker" pad giving the complete system a balanced overall weight. The 1" Zorbium pad provides a 1" thick pad with multiple horizontal "strikers" to allow for thicker padding without added weight while providing a 1" thick pad with reduced weight. The SOF "action" pads work together with a spring to provide SOF "special operation" pad support. Vertical "striker" pads work in conjunction with a front "striker" pad to provide balanced force against a rear "striker".
