Equatorial accuracy is provided by the mount's three axes which move with the pikes horizontally. A secondary axis on the mount's right side can be used to balance heavy telescopic telescopes. The AZ-EQ6 includes the counterweight shaft extension which allows you to balance heavy telescopic telescopes with the Pivot Pointer control. The SynScan hand controller also offers real-time scrolling of GO TO directions.
