The head is ideal for use with a wide variety of mixing vessels and desktop types due to the small amount of space it takes up when storing or transporting the various materials to be mixed or dispensing. The male pipe threads are electrically non-conductive but are electropolished and recommended for use with stainless steel or glass vials. The Boss Head has two positions: full up and full down. The head is designed with an extra heavy wall type for heavy duty mixing and distilling. Boss Head has an extra heavy wall type. This design allows the various mixing and distilling vessels to be suspended without the need for hoisting support rods or removal platforms. It is not intended for use with flexible tubing.
