An all weather plastic roof cement that has been chemically fortified to "wet-out" and bond to water covered or damp surfaces as well as to dry. Excellent for emergency repairs under wet conditions. For use on asphalt steel brick wood aluminum and other common building substrates. Do not paint or thin. Do not use with single-ply membranes such as EPDM PVC CSPE etc. Product contains solvents that may craze some plastic materials.
