This kit includes an IR flashlight that casts a 940nm beam of infrared light at distances up to 490 feet away greatly enhancing the detection range of the Aurora camera. The illuminator can be attached directly to the bottom of the Aurora camera via a A 1/4 x 20" screw but can also be mounted to a helmet or a weapon with a 1913 Picatinny rail.
