The built-in RATCH-IT(TM) lock system locks the reel at the desired length for maximum safety and convenience. A second pull releases the reel and retracts the CB MIC back to a safe driving position. Instructions Fasten the provided D-ring mount to an available screw in the best mounting location. Keeping the CB Mic within reach and the driver free from obstruction. Connect the MIC-BAK(TM) carabiner to the D-ring mount. Connect the nylon loop around the CB Mic button, pull the nylon loop tight until secure.
