The Chinook Individual Operator Pouch (LEMK-IO) can be worn as a drop-leg pouch, or attached to any standard MOLLE compatible system by completely removing the drop-leg harness. The LEMK-IO has six elastic retainers for items on the upper flap, and the bottom flap comes with a pocket and multiple elastic retainer bands for the remaining items. The LEMK-IO is reinforced on the top flap with an internal stiffener for structural integrity.
