The Military Surplus US M-1950 Winter Cap is made from wool, cotton, and alpaca. Grade 2 condition. Grade 1:Excellent to New/Unissued - All Surplus Caps may be outside of original manufacturer's packaging but they will show no signs of wear. Wool will be plush and no pilling will be present. Grade 2: Good to Very Good - All products are rated in good to very good condition. Products may have been previously washed and light pilling may be present but they retain 100% of their original functionality. Grade 3: Serviceable to Fair - Due to laundering products may be thinner than when originally issued but are still in serviceable condition. Products will have imperfections but all snags/tears/burns will be less than 1/2" in size.
