Rust and Blueing Remover is an inhibited acidic material for removing rust, heat scale, oxides and bluing from metal surfaces without attacking the steel (provided immersion is no more than a couple hours). This solution is completely soluble in water and rinses easily in hot or cold water. The solution is concentrated, so mix 1 quart water to 1 quart remover. This solution can be used at room temperature or be heated to as high as 180 degrees to speed the process.
