The Bert's Custom Tackle Swivel Mount Downrigger Base features 12 locking positions with positive lock stainless components. This base is fully adjustable, with the ability to rotate in a complete circle and lock at any 30 degree position. The Delrin bearing surface will insure that riggers and pot pullers will always swivel. Height: 4 1/2 in. Designed to work with all downriggers Fits into Bert's track systems (sold separately) The Bert's Custom Tackle Swivel Mount Downrigger Base is made in the U.S.A.
