Johnson - Evinrude OMC Lube Pump 16 & 32 oz. - 0775610 This Johnson-Evinrude pump is designed work with bottles of gearcase lube to make your job easier.Filling Procedure: Remove both the drain/fill plug and vent plug. Allow the grearcase to completely drain of old lube.; Examine the drained lube for metal filings, a milky appearance, or black color with a burnt odor. If any of these conditions are present contact your dealer.; If the lube is in good condition. Unscrew the cap, remove the seal and attach the lube pump to the container. Screw the hose fittings into the drain/fill hole; Pump slowly until the lube appears level with the vent hole. Refer to your owner's manual for your gearcase capacity; Install the vent plug before removing the nozzle from the drain/fill hole.; Remove the hose fittings and quickly install the drain.fill plug to avoid lube loss; Securely tighten both plugs.;
