Hunter Arms Company was a prominent American gun manufacturer based in Fulton, New York. It was established in the late 1800s and became best known for producing the L.C. Smith line of side-by-side shotguns. L.C. Smith was originally a separate brand founded by Lyman Cornelius Smith, and Hunter Arms acquired the manufacturing rights in 1890.
