K31/42 Swiss ZFK Schmidt Rubin Marksman Rifle 26\" Barrel 7.5X55 6rd - W/ 1.8x Power Integrated Optic - C&R Eligible - NRA Surplus Very Good Condition

Product Description

The Karabiner Model 1931 (K31) is a magazine-fed, straight pull, bolt action rifle chambered in 7.5x55mm Swiss that was the standard issue rifle of the Swiss Armed Forces from 1933 through 1958. The K31 was made by Eidgenossische Waffenfabrik Bern (WFB), a Swiss federal armory, and is one of the last carbines employed by the Swiss military that is based on the designs by Schmidt and Rubin. In overall look and design, this model is basically a standard K31 but with some minor upgrades. This particular model features a 1.8X Power Integrated scope mounted to the receiver of the rifle. This optic allowed a marksman to keep a low profile while engaging and inherently made them more accurate compared to the iron sights in use at the time. These particular firearms are a living work of art, and we are pleased to have the limited amount that we could get. Opportunities like this only come once in a lifetime. Only 1,100 Zfk 31/42 rifles exist in the world, and 2,300 of these side-scope snipers were manufactured. To say these are rare would be the understatement of the century. C&R Eligible - NRA Surplus Very Good Condition. You do not want to miss this! Note - Please see the extended description below for further details.
