Springfield Armory Hellcat Appendix Plus VentcoreA(R) Holster, The VentcoreA(R) AIWB Plus Red Dot Compatible (AIWB+ RDC) combines the comfort of a hybrid appendix holster and the accessibility of carrying a spare magazine into a single, compact, concealed carry holster. Our patented VentcoreA(R) technology is like nothing else on the market today. Each holster has strategically placed laser-cut ports for maximum breathability, a hard holster shell to protect your firearm and a backing of high-performance mesh that wicks moisture away from the body to allow your skin to breathe for all-day comfort. With more firearm manufacturers making their pistols compatible with red dot optics, we've seen the need from our customers to create an AIWB+ holster design that accommodates red dot optics. The new Ventcore AIWB+ RDC holster has been engineered to make an attached red dot optic completely compatible with the extra mag. All AIWB+ RDC holsters come standard with a Red Dot Optic cut in the shell, Suppressor Sight clearance, and a canted Mag Shell. The holster is 100% functional and safe to use whether you have a red dot and suppressor sights on your pistol or not. The Ventcore AIWB+ RDC design for the Springfield Hellcat/Hellcat OSP went into production on 12/9/2019. If you ordered a standard AIWB+ holster for the Springfield Hellcat/Hellcat OSP after 12/9/2019, it will come with the new RDC design. The AIWB+ RDC is designed to be worn in the appendix position only (front of the body). Developed as an answer to customer requests and extensively tested by industry professionals, by having a holster and magazine carrier in a single, lightweight holster platform, allows for minimal printing when being worn and quick, efficient reloads.
