Compared with coffees from other regions, like Ka'u or Maui, our medium - light roast Kona coffee beans have a smooth mouthfeel, and peach, jasmine, and cacao aromas. In contrast, both of our popular Ka'u coffees - Ka'u Morning Glory and Ka'u Wood Valley Single Estate - are brighter, akin to white wine, and our Maui coffee - Maui Mellow has stronger notes of roasted nuts.
