The refill that came with your pen was almost certainly a Fisher Space Pen refill, which fits with the included black adapter. If you prefer a gel ink writing experience, you may also select a gel refill which will fit without the black adapter. Our Adjustable Bolt Action Pen is made to accommodate a wide range of refills. On this page, you can purchase the same refill that your pen originally shipped with, the Pilot G-2, in either blue or black ink.
