A vibration sensor tells your SPOT to send track updates when you are moving and to stop when you do. The built-in SOS button enables you to send an emergency alert to the GEOS emergency monitoring and dispatch center included with your service plan. Use the Help button to get non-emergency assistance. Send custom messages, with your GPS coordinates, to contacts. Check in with up to 10 pre-programmed contacts by sending a pre-programmed text message with your GPS coordinates, or an email with a link to Google Maps(TM) with your location.
