1/4" AR400 - 28" Pepper Popper with base, The 1/4" AR400 pepper popper is a budget version of the 3/8" AR500 pepper popper. The only difference is the thickness of the target, the base is the same. The 1/4" AR400 pepper popper is available at a lower cost for individuals looking to keep a few at home. The are intended for moderate amounts of shooting in 9mm, 38sp, 40S&W and 45 ACP. For heavy use, rifle use and shotgun use please see the 3/8" AR500 version. These 28" pepper poppers are built to outlast and out perform competitor designs. The target itself is constructed of 1/4" AR400, the base 1/8" and 1/4" steel. The hinge is constructed of 5/8" steel rod and thick wall DOM(seamless) steel tube. This yields a very rugged yet smooth hinge. In addition the hinge pin may be removed without tools. The base also features a heavy duty rubber bumper to stop the target. When laying flat the targets and bases stack neatly to save space.
