The stretchable strap at the front of the holder will wrap around the top for baitcasting reels and around the bottom for spinning reels. The Rod Holder R is a light duty rod holder. It is not designed for offshore trolling. Molded in rugged fiberglass reinforced plastic. It will fit any vessel. No tools required for installation.
