Our lures use a tough inter harness that can accept a black nickle saltwater treble hook. These hooks are great for both freshwater and saltwater fishing. From musky and pike to striper bass, tarpon, peacock bass, barracuda, wahoo and more! It is balanced with a jig head so it swims down at a 45 degree angle on the fall and swims horizontally when jerked or reeled in. The bass swimbait Mini D(TM) can be used as a crankbait, jerkbait or jig. When retrieved, it rocks back and forth as the curly tail waves frantically, a combination that drives large freshwater game fish crazy. Fish the Mini D(TM) swimbait with a slow, medium or fast retrieve while twitching and jerking over weeds, on weed edges and on or around structure.
