This fast shooting accurate handgun features a slightly longer barrel and slide - this provides a longer sight radius as well as a little more weight towards the front for reduced recoil and muzzle flip. Like all of CZ's handguns the Shadow 2 offers excellent ergonomics. This level of shooter comfort can be attributed to a curved frame designed for a perfect fit in the shooter's hand and a tang that extends over the web of hand provides protection from hammer or slide bite. The Shadow 2's extraordinary ergonomics are perfectly complimented by its low recoil which is made possible by optimized grip geometry checkering in key areas of the front and back straps and a contoured design that focuses reciprocating mass to the centerline of the bore.
