Unlike chassis rifles where the bolt locks into a heavy steel receiver the FIX's bolt locks into the barrel-another AR-inspired aspect. This allows for user-level barrel interchangeability enabling calibers and barrel lengths to be swapped without the need for a gunsmith. Furthermore the modular design of the MINI FIX allows for easy interchangeability of components such as the stock bolt or handguard. Simplifying maintenance and part replacement the MINI FIX utilizes T-25 screws exclusively requiring only one wrench for disassembly.The MINI FIX boasts an innovative stock and bolt design.
