The barrel features a 20Adeg flush-cut deep crowning and a series of milled fluted slots to help the barrel cool off after prolonged firing. Accuracy is further enhanced thanks to Kimber's fully adjustable sights composed of a serrated rear sight and high-visibility fiber optic front sight however an optics cut in the slide allows a micro red dot to be installed for enhanced target acquisition/engagement.In addition to its match-grade accuracy the Kimber KDS9C delivers maximum ergonomics and shooter comfort. The grip features a sizable palm swell to comfortably fill the user's hand and a high undercut on the trigger guard offers improved handling. The front and backstrap feature a crosshatch cut and G-10 crosshatch grip panels ensure maximum control over the weapon.
