This rear rack features an innovative top plate that is independently adjustable from the seatstay angle so that riders can level it out across different bikes. The integrated QuickTrack(R) system allows compatible Topeak Trunk Bags to slide and lock into place and release with the push of a button. A hook and loop mounting system cinches down tightly to keep the load stable and allow mounting on a wide range of bikes.
