The Pro Tongue offers a thinner, softer toebox and lower volume tongue than many stock liners and can improve the fit in both the forefoot and instep areas. This liner comes with a removable 7 mm foam insert in the sole, which may be removed if using a custom footbed. We recommend having this liner heat molded by a professional bootfitter (like evo) if possible. Medium Volume Works best with a shell fit of one - two fingers (1/2?-1 1/4").
