If you're not already impressed by the insane half-moon split tail or laundry list of carbon reinforcements in this thing, just take it out there and go huck some ham off a cliff - you'll see what we mean. 2 x 4 Inserts Aggressive Response Sintered, Stone Ground Base High-end sintered 4000 Ptex base material that is more durable, harder and faster than extruded. Directional Extra Camber Directional, positive camber dominant shape with rocker just in the nose. Tapered Linear Quadratic Sidecut A directional sidecut utilizing Quadratic curvature from the tip to the rear insert pack, then progressing into a linear section into the tail. This creates smooth catch-free turn initiation and powerful support through the turn exit without losing grip. Like all of Ride's bindings, the "Big Boy" 10 flex comes in both aluminum and composite options. The Ride C-10 Snowboard Bindings fall into the latter camp but are by no means a lesser binding. Still the stiffest option of the line, but with a touch more give for chattery snow and hard landings, the C-10 is the way to go for hard charging riders who demand the best support and prefer the smooth feel of a composite chassis.
