Folding Rigid Restraints, Training, ASP Training Handcuffs provide a major advance in both the design and construction of wrist restraints. Training restraints function the same as traditional ASP restraints, with the exception of the Lock Set. The slip pawl training Lock Set allows the subject to release the cuffs by rotating their wrists.
