The addition of an optics cut-out takes it to the next level, allowing you to attach a mini red dot with no adapter plate necessary. Functionally, the 43X MOS is identical to the standard 43X. The grip is just 0.75 inch longer than the standard G43, but houses 4 more rounds-a fair trade-off if you ask us. Just as importantly, the extra length gives you plenty of material to grab on to, and won't leave your pinky dangling. The G43X features roughly the same slide dimensions as the standard G43, but the frame is a touch wider (0.09 inch to be exact) to help accommodate those extra rounds. The slide itself is enhanced with front serrations for press checks, as well as beveled leading edges that makes re-holstering easier and more intuitive. But it's the addition of the Modular Optics System that pushes the 43X to new heights. It accommodates the Shield RMSC, SIG Romeo ZERO, Holosun 507k, and Swampfox Sentinel-without the use of a mounting plate. Finished off with the same short-distance trigger, built-in beavertail, and Glock Marksman Barrel found on other Glock Slimline models, the G43X MOS is a great little Pistol that's easy to hide, easy to shoot, and just as dead-on reliable as a Glock handgun should be.
