1" EMT Gong Stand Kit
1" EMT Gong Stand Kit, The 1" EMT gong stand kit gives you everything you need but the EMT conduit. This saves you a ton of money on shipping and manufacturing costs. All you need is some 1" EMT conduit and you have a stand!! This also allows you to adjust the height and width of the stand to your specific needs. This may come in handy if you shoot in hilly terrain. Select a target option- If you select a target to add on from the options list, you will receive the target you selected, mounting hardware, 1/2" bolt kit, and a set of rubber chain to mount the target. This is everything you need to have a complete gong set up, you will need to supply the conduit.We do not recommend using the stand with targets over 25lbs or with rifles larger than 308.NOTE: The kit DOES NOT include the EMT conduit. It is shown in the pictures for demonstration only. You will need to buy the EMT conduit at your local hardware store. The stand was only designed to work with EMT conduit. It WILL NOT work with rigid conduit or plumbing pipe.NOTE: This kit requires the following operations to be performed: cut tube to length, measure 1.5" from end, drill a 5/16" hole and deburr ends. If you are unsure of how to perform any of these operations you may want to consider one of our standard gong stands(36x36 or 60x60). Detailed instructions are included with the kit.Some of you may be asking what the difference is between rigid conduit and EMT. Both have the same inside dimension, but rigid conduit is much thicker. This allows the rigid conduit to hold much more weight. It also weighs and costs more than the EMT. Refer to the item descriptions for target weight and caliber capacities.
