Three constructions available:
LeoVince chose the Grade 1 Titanium for the sleeve of the LV Corsa Titanium to make it lighter. This guarantees the best performance for your bike: on the racetrack as on the road, only maximum lightness leads to maximum results.
LeoVince makes the LV Corsa Carbon Fiber sleeve with a double-layer of 2x2 twill pre-preg carbon fiber, specifically developed to resist high temperatures, while making the exhaust even lighter. They choose a matte finish for the LV Corsa Carbon Fiber to enhance the racing look of your exhaust.
LV Corsa Black Edition is built in AISI 304 stainless steel to give you limitless performance. They have chosen this material because durability and resistance to corrosion are essential to guarantee the race feeling you are looking for over time. With the Black Edition, LeoVince enhances the LV Corsa by introducing a deep matte black: a ceramic-based paint that enhances its shape with a more aggressive look, giving you the best resistance to high temperatures and scratches.
The voice of the LV Corsa is unmistakable. Developing this exhaust, LeoVince used an open shape body that allows the rapid and direct flow of the exhaust gases, tuning the LV Corsa voice to the deepest and the most race-like notes you have ever heard before: the real sound of the racetrack, without compromise, finally available for your bike.

How this exhaust was designed: LeoVince products are created in their own devoted R&D facility using advanced and state-of-the-art CAD / CAM technology. Every prototype is run largely on the dyno and, once approved, is tested on the track under the most severe conditions. In many cases LeoVince R&D works hand-in-hand with manufacturer factory race teams for further development.
How this exhaust was made: LeoVince facilities are completely inclusive, including all facets of production, stamping, welding, bending, and carbon fiber molding. To guarantee top notch quality, nothing is farmed out to subcontractors.
