The belt building process begins with a full side of leather which is inspected for quality upon arrival at our shop. After inspection, the belt straps are then hand-cut from the best portions of the hide. Each strap is sized, punched, and cut one at a time. Webbing is then stitched to each belt strap and paired with an antique brass roller buckle, matching snaps, and a hand-stitched leather keep.
