Designed to reduce "road buzz" and numbness caused by long rides, the Tranz X Anti-Shock UL Stem uses an elastomer insert and a two-piece design to allow the stem to move through 2-degrees of vertical displacement. The elastomer acts as a middleman between a two-piece clamp, allowing the main part of the stem to move independently from the bottom part of the clamp.
