It's made with an ABS shell for extra strength, lined with shock absorbing EPS foam to distribute the force of impacts. This model of the Blasteer II includes the Multi-directional Impact Protection System, adding a low-friction layer to the helmet to help reduce rotational motion from angled impacts. The II has also been updated to include Sweet Protection's Comfort interior.
