We feel these cool-riding gloves do such a great job in the cold and wet they could give a lot of ski gloves a run for their money.Super Fit engineered 5-fingered design allows the gloves to fit well like a glove. Reaching for the controls is unencumbered and bar feel is very impressive considering this glove packs so much warmth. The double wrap on the first two fingertips is a highlight we really appreciated. These two digits see more exposure to the cold air so it makes sense to give these guys a little more coverage without having to scale up the entire glove. The Polartec Windbloc is responsible for keeping the hands cozy and are perfect when the temps are between 35-45 Fahrenheit. Both the palm and the backhand are water resistant and keep hands dry short of a downpour. Strategically placed gel padding continues the less-is-more mantra and added all day comfort sans bulk. Subtle reflective details keep aesthetics and visibility high. As we have come to expect from all Giro long-fingered gloves the fingertips are touchscreen compatible.
