Giro's In Form Fit System uses a dial in the back of the helmet to provide up to 6cm of adjustment for a proper fit. Thermostat Control has a toggle switch on the top of the helmet that gives you the ability to open and close the vents to let more cool air in when you are really getting after it, and moist warm air out through the back of the helmet.
